Processing Time

In Store Return Policy: 

We can gladly provide a return on full-price items 10 days after your purchase for store credit.  We will provide you with your store credit as an online gift card or physical gift card. 

All sale items will be final sale. 

PLEASE NOTE:

• Items must be received in original condition - damaged, washed, worn, or altered items will not be accepted.
• All swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact and be in the original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted.
• All sets that are purchased MUST be returned as a set.

Item not working out? Just email us at Hello@shopmadisonriley.com including your reason for return and we will quickly send a return label to you.

We are happy to accept returns on full-price purchases within 30 days of their delivery date. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 3-4 business days from the date your return tracking information shows “Delivered”. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment, less a return label fee. Please email us with any questions regarding our return policy.

At this time, we do not accept returns from orders shipped outside of the United States.

Damaged Item

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival of your order. Any items worn, washed, or altered will be not accepted. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Hello@shopmadisonriley.com
