Processing Time

We Ship Daily Monday-Saturday. Orders placed after noon MST will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12PM MST on Saturday will ship out Monday.

For orders over $150 (before tax and after discounts) we offer Free Standard Shipping within the continental U.S.* If you'd like to have your order expedited, we offer 3 Business Day, 2 Business Day, and Next Business Day options. Detailed shipping costs are available during checkout.

Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.

How do I return?

Visit our returns center and enter your order number and email address to start. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines. All returns will cost $8.50USD and will be deducted from your final refund.

What items are returnable? 

Refunds are offered on orders received back to us within 14 days of your delivery date. 

Store Credit is offered on orders received back to us within 30 days of your delivery date.

Any items received after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or store credit. 

All items must be in unused and resellable condition.

They must also be in the original packaging with all the tags intact.

We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 30 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 30 days may be returned to you.

At this time, we do not accept returns from orders shipped outside of the United States.

Can the items be exchanged?

We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you. Please use our returns and exchange center to start this process. Click here - Returns Center.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

Refund to the original payment method (14 days after receiving your package). Refund to store credit after 14 days and before 30 days.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request. An $8.50USD shipping cost will be deducted from your refund on the return.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.

Please Note:

Items must be received in original condition - damaged, washed, worn, or altered items will not be accepted. All swim wear must have the hygiene seal intact and be in the original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted. All sets that are purchased MUST be returned as a set. Our returns department reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, or do not meet the above criteria.

We can gladly provide a return on full-price items 10 days after your purchase for store credit.  We will provide you with your store credit as an online gift card or physical gift card. 

All sale items will be final sale. 

All items for the Boys Lie collection will be final sale.

Items must be received in original condition -damaged, washed, worn, or altered items will not be accepted. All swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact and be in the original packaging, otherwise the return will not be accepted. All sets that are purchased MUST be returned as a set.

Online Order Cost of Returns

Please click here for access to our Returns center. You will be able to receive a shipping label through Happy Returns for your return. However, any shipping costs related to your return will be deducted from your refund.


If you would like to exchange your item for a new size or store credit please refer to our Returns and Exchange Center.

You have 30 days from purchase date to exchange items in new condition with tags attached. All items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange. This includes all sales items, Boys Lie collection, swimsuit collection, bodysuits and intimates.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact or call us at (833) 374-6767 within 7 days of receiving the package with all faults and digital images of the issues found. We are happy to replace goods in the case of a manufacturing fault.

Madison Riley does not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Madison Riley reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the clothing.

Store Credit
